Max T3 WorkoutThis is one of my new favorite workouts!  You get Fit and Fabulous in less than 15 minutes a day! Based on anaerobic workouts – short bursts of fast reps alternating with short rest periods.  Great for all of you who tell me you are too busy to exercise :)
